Of course! We're known for our Custom PPF installation which ensures your Clear Bra is as seamless as possible!
Most installers use a computer cut pattern (aka a "Kit" installation) but this install leaves edges and corners exposed! 🤢
We hold ourselves to a much higher standard than the typical shop, which is why we...
- Disassemble our cars to hide seams beneath edges
- Bulk install (one large sheet) and hand-trim our film
- Eliminate seams and wrap edges/corners
What brand of film do you use?
We've done extensive testing on countless products from all the big name brands (Xpel, Suntek, Stek, Legend, 3M, etc.) and we've stuck with...
Supreme Detail Supply & Stek Automotive.
After blind testing, these films have provided the best finish and the highest gloss of all the products we've tested.
They are both 8 mils thick, self-healing and hydrophobic! They continue to impress us with their protection capabilities.
Do you have Matte/Stealth options? Colored PPF?
Absolutely! If you're looking for a Matte/Stealth or colored film, you need to make sure you're going with the right installer!
Heads up: Most shops will use a computer cut pattern (aka a "Kit" install) for their installs and it leaves edges and corners exposed!
This is NOT what you want. You don't want to see your original finish/color along the edges and corners, do you?? No!
Don't worry, though. We do it the right way! Fully wrapped edges and corners are a must for this type of install!
How long does Paint Protection Film last?
All of our Paint Protection Films have a 10-year manufacturers warranty that covers everything from cracking, bubbling, adhesion failure, yellowing, and more.
However, that doesn't necessarily mean we recommend waiting 10 years to remove it.
For the best results and easiest removal, we typically suggest removing the film around the 7-8 year mark.
Upon removal, your paint should be as pristine as it was when we first protected it!
Can't I just get a Ceramic Coating?
Ceramic Coatings are great, but they won't provide nearly the protection that Paint Protection Film does.
The main benefits of a Ceramic Coating will be...
- Environmental Protection (UV/Sun damage)
- Easy Maintenance (Hydrophobic - dirt/debris doesn't stick as easy)
- Enhanced Gloss & Shine
However, they won't provide protection against Rocks, Road Debris, Scratches, Door Dings or any damage of this nature.
But Paint Protection Film does!
We recommend a combination of both (Ceramic Coating and Paint Protection Film) to provide the best results!
